The bubbles make a bubble bath great, but
I'm certain you know this already. You should add bubbles at the beginning of
your bath. This will ensure the bubbles are created in the right amounts. Too
many will end up on your floors, and too few could cause damage to your
flooring. You don't need them all!

2. Smells
You can add a scented soap oil to your
bath. Lavender, rose and jasmine scents are all linked to relaxation. You can
add your oil to the bath when the water is about half full. This will allow it
to disperse evenly.
3. Candles
Candles produce a beautiful warm light that
can help you relax and have some fun in the tub. Bright light, such as those
found in a bathroom will only make you feel stressed and not allow your body to
relax.

4. It's not too hot.
A perfect bath will be made when the
temperature is right. A warm bath is good for relaxation, but a hot tub will
cause you to feel as though your body is boiling. A cold bath will give the
sensation of having goosebumps. The ideal water temperature is 33 degrees
Celsius/92 Degrees Fahrenheit for a warm tub.
5. Relaxing music
Relaxing music is another great way to
unwind. A soothing, relaxing music will help you feel calm and relaxed. You
